20th October - Town To Face Rushden

Waders now know their opponents for the First Round of this years competition. United Counties League Rushden & Higham Utd will host Waders entry point to this competeition after they saw off Huntingdon Town away 1-0 in the Preliminary Round . Currently Rushden ply their trade in The UCL Division 1 and are 6th in the table. Date of the tie to be agreed.

St Ives saw off Potton Utd in the Preliminary stage 3-1 and now face a tough trip to Kempston Rovers who themselves saw off Eynesbury in the opening round.

Tuesday 24th June - BTFC Back In!

After an absence in season 2007/08, The Waders were re-admitted to the competition tonight after BTFC's Jon Smith had to stand at The AGM and state the clubs case. Re-admittance was accepted unanimlously after being proposed by Biggleswade Utd and seconded by Langford.

The draw for the 2008/09 competition was then made right to the final and is now published on this page. Waders managed to get a bye in the Preliminary Round, but were then drawn away to either Huntingdon Town or Rushden & Higham. Progression would see another away tie in the second round to either Bourne Town or Rothwell Corinthians. The semis would see The Waders at home if the team gets through that. Local rivals Langford and Biggleswade Utd cannot be met until the final.
